    Hello Playerauctions,
    Im getting a MASSIVE runaround on trying to get a runaound in my dispute I have open. Definitely past the three days it said it would take for the decision. The seller sold me an account with "Instant delivery" I bought, and got the info sent to me. The login information doesnt work - invalid password, and no email o cd key or birthdate to switch over account control or change password myself. The seller is playing ignorant to it the entire time. Its stating the next step is "awaiting seller evidence" even though I pushed it forward to full dispute - and I am POSITIVE this seller will NOT click ok on a prompt for the dispute to be accepted on their end. So.... what do I do?
    I need my refund. And they are trying to fraud me out of this $40.

      No. Payment is confirmed from player auctions AFTER I confirm to THEM that login works. That's how player auctions works period. Buyer pays, player auctions holds the buyers money until the buyer makes sure they have ALL login info and it works. If the buyer confirms the login works, only then the money gets sent to the seller.
      I bought it, just last night (there was no three days). I was sent login information into my email with a) a password that doesn't work at all and b) no email address so I have no way to recover, or to change all the info to my own and make due account can't be taken back.
      The seller NEVER gets money here before giving the buyer a working account that they have full control over.

      The account was purchased LAST NIGHT. It hasnt even been twelve hours yet. I payed and tried to login and couldnt.

    Hey there, @Slayer_120. Sorry but yeah, VoIP is not allowed. We highly recommend using a mobile phone number; that way, if we need to verify something from you --- particularly for orders, then there is a surefire way to contact you. Apologies but I hope it isn't an inconvenience. :(

    Hmm, that's weird. @_@ really sorry about that. Would you by any chance have any other number within the same household that you can use? Also, try including the area code in the registration. It might work. Some of our users reported including it and they were able to register, and prior to that they told me the same thing, that registration is not accepting their number until they added the area code or country code, or even both.

    I consulted our expert regarding this and she says you may need to contact your service provider about this, and let them know of the issue. A lot of our users did that and was able to use the same number that wasn't working before. Let me know if you are able to resolve it through that.

    Other than that, you could try using a number from a different service provider but I can't recommend that because that would usually entail using a number from a different person, and you need to have access to that number whenever we need to do a verification or important security checks.

    @PlayerAuctions I've had two recently purchased League of Legends accounts recovered from me within a very short period of time from two separate sellers. I'm assuming both of the accounts were cracked/hacked. What is your policy on this and can I expect some sort of resolution to this or am I out of luck?

    Hey there, John.

    First off, I'm sorry to hear about this mishap. Whether you bought insurance or not, we offer after sales support by doing the following in a prioritized manner:
    1.) Hold the seller's payment until he can have this sorted out for you
    2.) If his payment is already released, we will pester to him to provide a replacement account to you or offer you a refund by returning back the money
    3.) If he doesn't comply to #2, he will be permanently suspended and all pending payments he has with us will be frozen for good --- usually they prevent this from happening, so it gets resolved at #1 or #2
    4.) If #3 happens and you have insurance, we will require a bit of proof to know that the account was reclaimed or banned by the seller (it was within his responsibility) and if that can be established, then we will refund you with non-cash, marketplace credits usable with us
    5.) If there is no insurance purchased, we will continue to assist you with a replacement account from the seller or if he returns the money, or until proven that the game account was banned by the buyer (which might not be the case for you).

    Could you give me the order IDs for both transactions? I'll check it for you and give you feedback.

    Hey, I have a few questions regarding PA. I'm new to both paypal and PA and I made my first sale on PA about a day ago. It says the disbursement is pending, which is fine, but as far as I remember it never asked for my paypal or anything? Where will the money go to? I made the paypal account AFTER I had put the selling thread up, cause I didn't know it'd be paypal in the first place. My username is same there as here if any checking needs to be done. If somehow PA has my paypal does the rebursement mean it'll be on my paypal account once it's done pending? Sorry for the rambling I'm just very confused and unfamiliar with any online trading.

    Hey there, Ridic. Nah don't say sorry, would be happy to answer these.

    I checked your account and on-going order/transaction. First off, rest assured that your PayPal account is correctly integrated into your account and into the order itself. It's perfectly alright to setup your PayPal account after you put up the offer. What matters is that you set it up BEFORE an order is placed. To make it less confusing, here's the explanation of it: As a seller, you put up an offer, right? This is your ad that potential buyers can see in the marketplace. If they are interested in it and decide to purchase from you, an order is made on the system which is given a unique order ID. Once that order is placed, our system takes your PayPal account details and kind of lets our system know that "hey this is the guy's payment portal, get it ready now for payment when this transaction is done".

    As for the system not asking for the PayPal details, you may just have forgotten it but when you make an account, one of the first screens you encounter into the registration is the Seller Registration page where you setup either your PayPal or Skrill accounts. You most likely put it up there, logged back out for a while and put up the offer at a later date.

    First off, sorry to hear about the mishap. Kindly file a ticket here:

    File it under Game Account Insurance and choose whether you had insurance for this or not. In the ticket submission form, include as much info as you can and if you have screenshots that prove the account was reclaimed (changed email and/or details, perhaps chatlogs if you have then), attach them there. Please do not link them off, those can't be accepted and they have to be attached.

    To set your expectations, we will contact you and the seller back and forth and it will take several days to weeks to fully investigate the case and find a resolution. Whether you paid for insurance or not, rest assured that we will provide the same support in requiring the seller to either provide a replacement account or issue a refund, granted if it's proven that the reclamation was within his responsibility.
