Odd Case

So I have 2 accounts. My main (rs nechryeal) was temporarily banned in probably 2012 and I made a secondary (nechryeal) which got banned for evasion pretty much immediately and I left the community.

Since then my main was unbanned but I don't recall the email address used for the main account. In fact my primary email that I still use I used for the ban evasion account.

I'm trying to get back in to the community since picking RuneScape up again and I'd love to have my main back if at all possible. If not, I would like the secondary account (nechryeal) removed if possible so I can use that email address to create a new account. The email address in question is [email protected]

 

So I'm the owner of the account "rs nechryeal" which got a brief ban in 2012. I made a jokey account "nechryeal" immediately which got banned for evasion. The problem is now that rs nechryeal is unbanned I don't know the email or password that was used for it and I used my current email for the ban evasion account.

I'm wondering if it's possible to either recover "rs nechryeal" or get the account "nechryeal" deleted so I can use my email address for an actual account.

I've recently gotten back into RuneScape and this community is still going strong and I'd like to rejoin it. The email associated with the banned account is [email protected]. I have no idea what the main email account is.

 

We don't delete accounts, so this isn't possible.

Your locations aren't exactly lining up right now. Any reason for this?
