Dead man Recovering Account

Hey, I will be posting this scam report on behalf of the user I mmed for an 50m 07 GP -----> 07 Account transaction, which was @freak0fnature as he's frustrated, and couldn't be bothered to make a report as he's kind of depressed at the current state (which I understand where he's coming from), and just got off. I know the chance of his money being returned is unlikely, but I'd rather have @Dead man get banned (if he chooses to not help recover / refund), and have his account added to list of accounts not to purchase to try, and prevent this from ever occurring again as much as possible.

Proof of contacting seller: Sent a message to him on skype an hour ago, and I know that's not a reasonable time frame to wait for a reply, but he's browsing the forums recently and seems to not pay any attention, and continues to be ignorant to the situation.

@freak0fnature PM's me where he mentioned he lost access to the account.

Also something to note is that @Dead man has been saying he's the original owner, and will provide @freak0fnature with details for the account recovery if ever needed, but somehow the email is different from the original he gave... a bit odd to me.

Pretty fun how all this is coming from a guy who is having a baby soon, and "has a life to take care of", but I'm not surprised with the age of the account. I try to warn people of the situation they're getting into with account trading, and how it's best to deal with reputable users regardless if you're using a MM or not, but I can only do so much.

idk i havent recover nothing i try to check highscores and it wont show that means its banned or anything i dont have it can you please try to look more into it

 

I don't remember the account name, but you stated you have all the details to the account in the case that it needs to be recovered as mentioned here. Regardless, you are liable for either recovering the account, or the refund. I'm not sure why you would try and sell the account stating it's yours with the possibility of someone else being the original owner. Everything in regards to the information of the report is included, you are liable, but I'll leave that up for a staff member to decide.

 

If you're not able to recover the account you'll have to refund @freak0fnature or you'll be permanently banned from Sythe. Will give you 24 hours to do so.

 

Safe to say that he won't be returning the account / refunding any time soon. Hopefully he makes the right decision and returns the money, or refunds the account, but as of right now it seems that he is deaf to the situation at hand.

No response as of right now.

 

Sorry for posting here but I just wanted to say that when I type genaro_kid5 into sythe search it gives osrs pker so it seems he was ban evading too

 

I tried finding searches everywhere couldn't find anything regarding that when I typed on Sythe / Google, but thanks for that additional information glad you were able to find that information.
