Account banned reason: Hacked

It says my account is banned for being hacked and I have to do a account recovery. What information do I need to provide?

Also did I really get hacked or was it a glitch that turned a red flag?

 

I'll do the email password reset and unban from my computer in a few hours, I'm spending the majority of the day driving and having meetings.

 

@Dave , Is there a estimate of how long it will take to get unbanned?

 

Can I get a status update or something? How long does this usually take
