[Warning] Be careful of trading with Lolololollian

Hi guys, I am one of the frequent buyers of neopets item on this forum. I have previously bought multiple items from Marl3y and themeepitmaker with no issues whatsoever, and traded on other sides like epicnpc and clraik before ( clraik - Free Neopets cheats., oarfish) for my feedback.

So I recently made a deal with Lolololollian to buy a SuAP and JSS for $80. I went first and sent the money on Jun 27. To be on the safe side, I requested for him to send me the items during the weekend. Saturday comes around and no reply, so I sent him a PM to remind him. Then he tells me, his partner is not awake, give her some time (at 10.54 am seriously?). Items still not sent: I msg him again and he says wait for his partner, she will be back at 7 pm as she is in another country. Then he says she will be stuck the whole day in that country and offers to send a refund.
So I declined the refund and told him I am willing to wait. Through the course of the next week he says he will send by sunday, then by wednesday, then by saturday. Initially promising to send the items but then saying that he will place them on a shell instead.

So the 2nd weekend came around and again I had to chase him before he sent me the details of the account. Tried to login; wrong password. PMed him and he claims the account was frozen by me. He claims the email and password of the account was changed, and how does his partner know? She claims TNT sent her an email notification of the change in password/ email.



This is a LIE, TNT NEVER sends email notifications to the original email address on the account, only to the email address that the person is changing to. And in all my many years of playing neopets never have I received an email notification that my password was changed. So either him or his partner is a LIAR and the only way she would receive an email is if she changed the email address herself.

I would also question how she would jump to the conclusion that the account was frozen by me when you can only see the reason for being frozen IF you were able to log into the account with the correct password.

As Lolololollian refuses to refund me, I will have to open a dispute with paypal. But this is a friendly warning to be careful in future when trading with him. Cheers guys.

 

I have no comments on this. I had traded with a couple of people and had made refund of 100 usd to you before. But this time the account details was passed to you and it is amended. And the account was frozen now. What more can I say?

 

And I will say again what I said to you in PM yesterday. The account password you gave me was wrong. I was never able to access the account.

 

I had verified the account details before handling them over to you. Its all say and done.

 

It is simple. Either you are a liar or your partner is a liar. Or both. Can she explain how she claims she got an email notification from TNT that her email address and password has changed by someone when TNT does no such thing?

 

What was the reason given for the freezing?

Also, since you aren't allowed to sell cracked accounts, the original owner of the account (Lolololollian's partner) should be able to send a ticket to TNT and try to get the account back.

Apologies for the late response, @Lolololollian you're gonna need to get @oarfish his account back or refund him the money paid for the account. Will give you *some* time to do this!

 

Closing the thread, if either of you are able to contact each other let me know so through PM and we can get this sorted. If more time passes by before mister Lol tries to help out OP then he will have to appeal the DNT in full.
