    Buying BTC wallets

I'm buying your BTC wallet. [minimum holding 0.1 BTC]

I'll pay you $10, you will move your funds to a new BTC wallet and you will give me your old wallet seed/private key.

This doesn't risk your money at all cause you're moving ALL your money to a new BTC wallet.

    Contact me via PM

I don't think this should be allowed. And if it is allowed, let me explain why OP wants these wallets.
Recently, BTC split into BTC and BCH (Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash). Basically every wallet which had BTC on it now also has the same amount of BCH on it. A lot of people aren't aware of this because very few exchanges support BCH at this point, and almost no wallets, however there is value in your BTC wallet if you move everything off and were holding BTC on the 1st of august. I won't go in depth, but you can probably figure it out yourself on how to get the BCH from your wallet by searching it on google/youtube. Right now BCH is pretty useless, but once exchanges start accepting it you can transfer it over there and buy/sell it. Right now the price is around $600 on bittrex (keep in mind it was $200 yesterday and $1200 this morning) so it's very volatile. If you had BTC stored on your wallet on August first, it's probably not worth selling your wallet (+ BCH) for $10.

He's tumbling illegal funds for sure. There would be no other reason required for this.

Google 'bitcoin tumbling' and you'll get a good idea.
