    Bought a skilling service of him yesterday held up my end of the agreement and logged in this morning to an empty account with -30M taken in payment and gear with not a single square moved and not a single exp trained.

    Evidence will speak for itself so don't have to provide additional context.

    @Vogelbekdier It is likely Slang couldnt PM you because he has a DNT as you can see on his profile here Slang and here is an explanation of what people with the DNT rank can't do Understanding the DNT (Do Not Trade) rank

    By him trading with you whilst having this rank he was breaking site rules.

    Thank you will keep this in mind for next time but if he's breaking Sythe rules and is a known scammer still doing it I suggest you straight up ban him?
