Phatalize is a Scammer! BEWARE!

To whom may concern,

I will be posting his skype and user name on multiple sites as a scam alert will pop up as anyone serches for his name. I purchased an account off of phatalize taking every precaution making sure it was the correct person. We agreed on an account, a price, and payment was paid in osrs gp. Seconds after receiving payment, his skype goes offline and so does his account on here. I have been recording and taking screenshots every step of the way incase a sinero like this did ever come up. lSCAMMED OF $280.00l

Scamming scythe/skype user: phatalize.sythe

if anyone has any questions i have 2 days of video, screen shots, messages and pms since this whole thing has started. He was a very good seller to work with BUT THE ONLY THING IS HE WON'T DELIVER. I would have normally waited over 24 hours since the incident to give the man the benefit of the doubt that he some how got offline exactly after i sent him the coins but then again we're talking about real life here. I just hope nobody else gets scammed by this so called "trustworthy seller" i will continue to spread his name and add him to any scammer list on every website i am a part of.

The account wasn't even up for sale on my thread and I sent a PM with no trade details and no intention of making a trade. Just another impostor which we can clearly see by the skype account, not sure what to do about incompetent users.

This is not my first time buying on sythe, if i ever contact someone on skype i make sure to get a pm to my account from theres. I understand that the account "wasn't even up" on your thread but you explain that here as i had that question.

Now this was last nights pm confirming that phatalize was on the other end as he confirmed in sythe.org private message that we were infact speaking to the right people and not an "imposter" As a word of advice next time don't pm me on your account because its great evidence. Here is proof backing that up,

Just to make this judge, jury and verdict, he sent me the exact conversation we were having on skype with the chat in sythe, i have my skype on mobile so the link you sent me will not work with where i have the chat stored.

There won't be any evidence that it was my skype because I didn't get to talk to him on skype at all, only the impostor. I included the conversation and his skype name in the PM so if he had checked it closely he would have seen that one of the pieces of information was wrong, meaning he was talking to an impostor.

 

Phatalize, i have one question for you. I told you to pm me over skype and you did right away before my offer. Here is the screenshot not sure is Phatalize.sythe is a invaild user id from the interface but i am a veteran runescape player and have been on the sythe forms for countless transactions with gold dealers.Screenshot

I would like a full refund or the account that i purchased, if you do not want to do the deal anymore. I gave him the benefit of the doubt being that he was very friendly and also confirming many times over both sythe and skype that i was talking to the right person as even in the last sc shows him confirming exactly what we were talking about and for what prices, he even told me to go bump his post just to put the offer in there. Not sure what other evidence i can provide then the screen recording and delivery of the whole purchase as it is for my channel.

 

Not related to this at all give the the points or whatever. This should save the mods some time though.

1. The skype icon of the person you where chatting with is not the same as his actual skype.
2. The screenshot of your chats with him the name up top shown is phatalize.sythe, but in reality it should show Mac Sythe (Phatalize).
3. The screenshot of your chats with him show you are able to message him, but the screenshot of you showing his skype id says you have him blocked. If he was blocked, you are unable to message him as shown here http://i.imgur.com/EhuwPZX.png

Demanding money and providing shit tier proofs just make you look like and idiot that is the impostor and trying to scam him out of money.

Edit: Also nice job not including a single screenshot of the skype conversation that includes the contents of the PM with him.

 

@dLux i am not demanding anything i am showing that he is in on it via messaging me here. These screenshots were taking at different times while i blocked him and had to re find him to show the evidence the mod asked for. Don't come into other people's disputes that have been going on for days with hard evidence verifying that i was talking to the right person. So in that case thanks for point out nothing...

This looks like a typical imposter scam. If you have any proof to show the Skype you were trading with was Phatalize's Skype (not just the display name), please post another report.
