Why isn't he an admin yet?

 

I'd love to mention the fact that Mootrucks is literally the most responsive staff member I have encountered.
Mootrucks is insanely helpful with all matters and I really do appreciate your efforts to help me and obviously many others in such a timely manner.
You're a great asset to the staff team and I wish you the best of luck with all your Sythe goals!

 

Like I said, it is your fault for him scamming. You cannot justify your approach Michael. You allowed a scammer back into the community and you know it yourself. There is nothing that you can say to justify that this decision of unbanning ipker10 was not regretful.

Not only this, I was more than capable of asking another staff member for advice however unfortunately you have missed the main point here. You were effectively the only staff member online at that point. I constantly check out for staff members on the forum and people who are gone for around 45 minutes are most likely not online. You were the only staff member online as when I went to check what you were doing it said you were checking a thread 3 minutes ago which means that you were the only one who could help me.

There is clearly a lack of staff at Sythe, if you cannot handle your position at Sythe then you should step down, let someone who can manage the community become a Moderator. You cannot keep coming up with excuses as to why you couldn't do this and why you couldn't do that. If someone asked me for help over Skype I would very much do my best to help them and I'm not even a staff member on this site. I am unsure as to why you are blaming me for not contacting another staff member rather than blaming the lack of staff on Sythe considering that I needed help then. I cannot wait 45 minutes to 3 hours once the scam has taken place then yeah sure you can blame me then.

Like I said I did not continue messaging after the 3 messages were sent. I waited for a reply and all I got was "blocked cause I'm busy". You are a Sythe moderator and if you were busy you could have responded with "sorry Seraphic, I'm currently busy, can you message me later". This is what a lot of Sythe Moderators do if they were busy. Not threaten someone with a Skype block and tell them to fuck off.

 

Mootrucks is one of the most active and responsive staff members by far. Very active with in the community, very helpful with all matters. Mootrucks can handle a situation at a very professional level (No matter who is involved) Mootrucks is definitely a fair person in general and does what is right. A wonderful asset to the team, and a leader by far. Mootrucks should have already been promoted, but better sooner than never, right? I wish you the best of luck on your future goals, oh did I forget to mention he is a beast Middleman?

Mootrucks is always helpful and readily available. Using Discord it took me a matter of seconds to get a reply.

honestly, its an absolute pleasure to work with someone such as @Mootrucks

Whenever im questioning something in CDT or taking charge of a new project, moo has always had my back. same goes the other way around. despite what happens in our days, we always talk about something and its great to have a friendship with someone who is a role-model for a great moderator. love you my dude, keep doing good! i got high hopes for you
