Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims:
This is very difficult to do for name sniping, and largely because it's unknown if the victims even use / have Sythe profiles. The majority of my RSNs were either 1) bought, 2) from the name release, or 3) selling for other people. I'll leave contact at the bottom, as I'd like to at least get in contact with a staff member to go over the ban thoroughly and see if any repayments can be made.

@Mootie - ban for evasion, please (this was before @Cheerful though, never used, and both before the response to my dispute).

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
I was banned for name sniping (RSNs) through a private report. Of which there's a select few RSNs that were, and I'd like to go over it with a staff member (would like to discuss my full list and how each sold name was obtained). The majority, however (as mentioned), were obtained legitimately. There's a handful that I was simply selling for others, as well.

Reasons I think I should be forgiven:
1. There's only a select few names that were sniped compared to everything else that I have / sold.
2. I'm trying to reach out to staff with this to correct it in any way possible, please add my discord that I'll link at the bottom to go over my list.
3. All of my sales have been smooth, I never had any issues with selling a name. Most people went first to me, and with names going over 100/200m (07)+
4. I always took a great deal of caution to make sure my trades went over perfectly. I would often transfer names for my buyers (with a fairly minimal fee or sometimes even free with the a/w price). If I wasn't doing the transfer myself, I'd always take the time to make sure to go over everything with the person to make sure that they could do it themselves with the least amount of risk.

With no ban reason, and a lack of responses from staff, it was quite frustrating dealing with the first week of being banned. Essentially, I just gave up on getting a response so that's why I ban evaded. It was stupid, especially when I wouldn't want to stick around without @Closer. Hopefully you can see the basis for my frustration and understand that while the ban evasion was bad, I really had no malicious intent. I'm not a scammer, and I hope that my previous sales and vouches can show for that.

As a side note:
Whether I get pardoned or not, I'm not going to be a headache for staff with constant ban evasion - I'll respect whatever decision. If I can't get pardoned, could I still request a DNT here? Or should I post for one separately after this?

Also, I'm quite confused about one thing:

This was a reply to me on Discord when I asked about my ban reason regarding sniped names. I really do not know the context for this. I know I'm not going to be told about evidence used against me, but I can't pardon for that when I truly don't know what that part is about. I can't remember ever telling someone that I would get their name deleted. If you guys give me the context, I could be of more help there.

I really do not think that I'm a negative addition to the community. I never had any issues with members or sales. I never scammed (with most users going first for a sale as well), and I never recovered an account or a name. All I ask for from this pardon is a 2nd chance to show that. I know that continued sniping after a 2nd chance should not be forgiven, and I fully accept that. All I'm asking for is that 2nd chance.
