OOO scammed me for 86M and $46.

    OOO scammed me for 86M and $46.
    I placed an order with him a few days ago for him to level my RC from 69-77 and for him to do 2 quests. I paid $46 via bitcoin and he said it would be done in a few days. The following day via skype he said his internet provider is down and it'll be back the 21st (today) I said ok. Anyways, woke up an hour ago to find my account cleaned of all its wealth (the wealth i left on the account) as well as its freakin' untradables such as my slay helms, gloves, capes etc.
