    allow me to preface this by saying i recieved my account from the seller, this report is due to replacement

    okay, so league shack has a guarantee that if your acc is banned that he will replace. my account was banned on 6/27/17, which i proceeded to contact the seller both through the site and skype, sending all needed screenshots to his email through his site support. he ignores me for nearly a month (until yesterday when i posted on his public thread rather then trying to handle it privately)

    i sent him my original invoice, a picture of the account being banned and not being able to purchase overwatch on the same account again because of that, and everything he asked for besides the email from blizzard saying i was banned (because that is on my email that is only on my home pc, i'm away from home for 2-3 more weeks) however i have provided proof that it was banned and i believe it to be sufficient enough. he ignored me for nearly a month (and btw still havent gotten a response through email from the site, hmm) - now he is demanding that specific email even though i provided proof the account was banned, which i cant get to for another 2-3 weeks - only to risk being ignored for another subsequent month like before. i would like the account that was promised if the account was banned for sale of account. below are pictures of our conversation (please note the dates of me being ignored and the date today)

    Hello,

    When dealing with "omg_itz_kakashi" I asked him to provide a screenshot of the original email showing that there was an email change. I also asked for him to provide the email that he received from blizzard showing that the account was banned. This is so I know he changed the email I gave to him and so I know the account was banned.

    After I received those I would gladly issue him a replacement or refund. He was unable to provide them. He told me he was away for 2-3 weeks and was unable to get access to that information as he was gone from his home computer. I told him I need that information so either we need to wait 2-3 weeks before you can provide me it and if you think my judgement is unfair to open a dispute on sythe.

    He provided me with a picture of a random blizzard account requesting for the email to be changed (how do I know it was my account? it wasnt the same email), and a picture of a screen saying an account was banned. That picture did not show any evidence that it was related to the account I sold him. It was just a picture saying that an account was unable to play overwatch (picture provided nothing that the photo was linked to the account I sold him).

    I am going to copy and paste our skype conversation in the chat. This is directly copy and pasted from skype. I will provide screenshots if he says anything quoted is incorrect.

    *He posted on my forum thread giving me very bad feedback, which is why at the end I said that stuff. He pretty much told everyone the accounts will be banned and I am a scammer

    I have screenshots posted above of all the logs there was no need to post that, however they dont send emails to old accounts so i only have the email on the email that it was changed to

    EDIT: i have sent the picture showing proof that they never send emails to the old email account when changing emails to him last night (why idk, but thats how it is) and i am posting it here now via this link (refer to the text circled in red) : Photo by omgitzkakashi

    i have seen multiple mods respond to multiple other threads, i would really appreciate mine being looked at and this being taken care of as i have even personal messaged multiple mods of this section of the forums

    just to clear this up i never said he was a scammer, however everything else in the post is true about me saying the accounts could be banned. mostly did it out of anger, which is why ive deleted the post since

    Sorry, Time Zone difference + busy schedules delayed my response.

    When issuing refunds I always ask for the email of the account being banned and the original email showing it has been changed to a new one.

    When you change emails on overwatch it sends an email to the previous email showing it has been changed. I ask for this as when someone sends me proof of an account being banned, I need to know it was my account that I sold the customer. For example you can send me a picture of any random account being banned and claim it was purchased from me when it really wasn't.

    When an account is banned it also sends an email showing that the account has been banned. Of over 100+ sales there has been only 3 cases of an account being banned. They were refunded as they were able to provide that information.

    I need those two pictures of the emails to confirm the account was purchased from me and the account was banned. The pictures he sent me were showing random emails that I have no idea were even purchased from me. Also the pictures he sent me were still not valid proof as it can easily be tampered with. I need specifically those two emails which should be easy to provide if the situation actually occured. The conflict is that he claims he is gone for 2-3 weeks and is unable to provide that information until he's home. Which I do believe him.

    My suggestion to him was to wait 2-3 weeks when he gets home so he can provide me that proof. If he thinks my judgement is unfair then escalate to sythe to make the decision.

    That is an image on the blizzard page when you go to change emails that it only says it sends the email to the new address which is why I don't have one on the old one

    I have provided the purchase email @Hahanerd just not able to provide an email from Blizzard stating the ban reason until then, and the fact that Blizzard doesn't email the old account (picture provided earlier in thread.)

    Once I get those photos I will glad to refund him.

    And of course they send an email to your old email when changing it. What would be the point of having a confirmed email on the account if people can just change the email without the old email being notified. The reason of having a confirmed mail on an account is so that the verified email will be notified when there are changes. Think about it.
