    Hello, So I have been having some serious issues with changing my phone number. I have submitted around 20 emails asking for help changing my number since mine and around 30 other numbers I have tried to use are all being claimed as "in use" and have only been receiving "bot-like" answers. If you could please help me I would GREATLY appreciate it as I have a purchase Ive needed to make for a couple days and im DESPERATE! Please, help me in some way it would be GREATLY appreciated. The email is the same as I use on this forum. Thanbk you so much.

    Hello, I've been trying to purchase the same account for 3 or 4 days now.
    I've had to cancel the order 2 or 3 times at first because I wasn't being sent a payment verification email after waiting hours each time.
    Finally the payment verification went through, and the seller gave the account information to PlayerAuctions.
    That was over 24 hours ago.
    It says account verification takes 60-90 minutes.
    I've purchased an account before and the verification was instantaneous.
    What's going on?
    Can I receive an email with the account information and password?..
    I keep receiving emails that seem auto-generated and short, and then I'm ignored for a whole day.
    Order number 2993107.

    *EDIT*
    It's like a day later now and I've still received no account information..
    Making this "account inspection" on PlayerAuction side last a total of over 2 days now.
    I'm sure there will be excuses made so there seems to be a 'legitimate reason' as to why this account has been on hold for 2 days.
    My guess is I'll be scammed a few weeks or a year from now when they recover it.

    Hey not sure if you read the first page but there are req's for using this page. Read below.
    @demonfranky your problem is easily fixed by updating the account information from the settings page.

    Hey there, @Bus369. Sorry to hear about this. I checked your account and the reason why the email verification loop is happening is because of the addition of phone registration as a security upgrade to our system last December 2016, causing old accounts to have an email registration loop. We're very sorry about this.

    To remedy it, I'll have to ask you to create a new account that uses a different email and/or mobile number, preferably. But since your old accounts do not have any mobile number attached to them yet, then I'm fairly sure you can use your current mobile number on the new account without any conflicts/similarities with existing accounts. As for the email address, we recommend using a new one, but if you'd like to use the same email address as the old account, let me know because I need to work it out with a department who will sort that out for us.

    Once you have created a new account, PM me or reply here the new username so I can flag that on our system as your new account, and have the old one suspended permanently.

    Sorry to ask you to go through creating a new account, but it's the only way to circumvent this mishap. Let me know of anything that I can help with.

    Hi there, I am sending this for a friend who cannot (in a hospital), he bought a RS account that was a near-maxed Berserker pure, that was recovered less than two weeks after purchase. It was purchased for $239. These are images he has sent me with no reply after the second message in weeks.

    Hi Im having trouble with escalating dispute. A seller tried to scam me. He claimed delivery but I didn't get anything. The only option I see on the dispute page is "resolve dispute" Is that the button to click in order to keep escalating it?

    You don't meet the requirements to receive help via our forums. You must be a active member of at least 3+ months for @PlayerAuctions to help you. Please use the support via the playerauctions.com website.
    This happens a lot, sadly it happens both ways. Buyer can say he never received anything(though maybe he did) to protect this all sellers MUST provide proof of some kind to prove they delivered the item(s). If the "seller" attempted to trade you but declined the trade I hope you took a video/picture of the event to prove the user may be trying to fake the images. IF the buyer provides pictures/video proof of the trade occurring there isn't much you can do. Though you should be able to see the proof the do provide via the transaction page. Regardless i'm sure @PlayerAuctions will be happy to assist you, when DMing him make sure you provide your transaction number/order id with username.

    Thanks. Im currently disputing but after we gave both out versions. It tells me to either accept his version or keep escalating it on that page, but the only clickable button is "Resolve dispute" button. Im not sure if Im supposed to click that or is there something else I should click to keep escalating. First time I had issue with a scammer and I used their site for 4 years. :(

    It won't hurt you to click resolve dispute; it should give you some more options upon clicking that button on what you'd like to do.

    Thanks for the suggestion. I pm'd the playerauctions guy here. Ill wait till tomorrow to see if he replies and confirms. I plan to click on that.

    Also it is really hard to use playerauction's current support. There is no more live-chat. There is no more email contact. It just redirects you to a FAQ list.

    no offence but like any other platform, if you buy a 239$ account which is maxed with high total level or a maxed pure for such a low price(1k+hrs spent) you can expect the owner to want to play on it again in 2weeks, only buy from high reputation guys and accs with no email set(that doesnt help u recovering, but means that the guy made it to sell it)
