Infraction Dispute x2

So I got yet another infraction which to be honest I do not understand how I get an infraction.

So this is what the message for the infraction says:
Imgur: The most awesome images on the Internet

Now why this does not make sense.

• Spamming:
  • Posting short, unhelpful comments (such as "cool", "nice acc,", "added" etc), including free bumps on other's threads and bumps on stickies
  • Posting for the sole purpose of increasing post count
  • Posting comments with little to no relevance to the topic
  • Creating multiple threads advertising the same thing, regardless of the section
  • Creating multiple threads in one market section. Additional items can be combined and sold on one thread.

1) Was helpful information. Adding information to the report about the situation is not unhelpful
2) No intention of increasing post count
3) Has relevance to the topic
4) This doesn't apply
5) This doesn't apply

Anyway lets take a look at what the RaS said:

The title is:
Do NOT post unless you have information on a report [YOU WILL BE INFRACTED OR TEMPORARILY BANNED]

I did have information to a report unless this is a misleading title.

Examples of what you cannot post

• Opinionated reasoning - "I think this user should be held responsible"
• Reasoning based off of your previous experiences - "This happened to me, so it should be X in this case"
• Information that moderators have readily available or can easily find - "you need to look at this sticky in this forum" "by doing a quick google search this is what I found"
• Any information not explictly relevant to the report

I had not opinionated reasoning, no reasoning based off previous experiences, information that was not readily available at the time. Doing a google search would not find this information.

The last one says: Any information not explicitly relevant to the report.

The information was to give an update to the situation at the time. I find it ridiculous to how I get infracted for trying to help people out on a report. Anyway I have the full transcript to explain the entire event:

I do not understand how going into the Livechat of TreeGP and asking them for an update on the situation is an infractable offence. I was trying to help people out and yet me trying to help out is not allowed.

 

@Seraphic not that I don't think the infraction is worthy but have you disputed this infraction via the person who gave you it?

If not do that first then this will be dealt here if you still don't understand why the infraction is deserved.

 

@Mootrucks I have not done that because I am not necessarily on the 'greatest' of terms with this moderator. Due to this, some moderators have basically targeted me in order to provide infractions. I've posted there so a Global Mod or someone can look into it cause I do not really have any issues with the Globals+ however it seems that certain sectionals abuse their power to infract me based on personal grudges rather than actual rule-breaking activity.

 

Tag me in a new post or PM me once you've attempted to dispute it via him and i'll tell you why the infraction is valid if you still don't understand after disputing it via him.
