Yes this is my home ip address where I am trying to create an account. What you're telling me is because that there are banned accounts on my home ip address I can't create an account... How did two people register under my address already that seems impossible being that my ISP said that they don't reissue the same IP address. This isn't cool, I have nothing to do with those accounts and because of it I can't create my account and am getting denied because of a closed mind... I hope you can dig deeper and not base your decision off these two guys

 

How was I suppose to know that they were banned.

 

If it's a home IP address that has bans on it then you're either ban evading or it's not a home IP - unless an ISP is reusing IPs (which I don't think I've heard of before).

You're going to need to find some sort of proof to prove your innocent as we have no reason to believe you may be another individual.

I.E. confirmation from an ISP (even though you already said they don't reuse IPs?) that the IP has been re-used or some other hard proof showing you're not the individuals already banned.
