This user refused to use MM and refused to proof that he has money to buy. He was trying to convince me with his weak vouches where he gone first or used fake profiles to post something like that :

Look at his profile, his posts are a vouch and bumping both the buying and selling thread simultaneously

I'd say give him a TWC until he proves they're legitimate - looks fake as hell tbh
