Information: I posted a screenshot of virmach's company information in the sythe discord.

I'm solo banned me shortly after for leaking the information.

My response/points:

1. When virmach was formed, the business owner had to agree to allow the company to become a part of public record, for anyone and anything to use the information publicly posted, The information I used was not behind any blocks, it was simply 1 google search away and a part of public record, when the owner of virmach formed the company he made an implied agreement to anyone and everyone that they were free to say/use the information of the business in any form they wish, which is why it was part of PUBLICLY AVAILABLE RECORD. There was an implied agreement this information is free to be used.

2. Grave is not the owner of virmach, by me posting the business information of virmach I did not harm or damage any sythe users or any sythe companys, I essentially posted a screenshot of information of a company that has no sythe bearing, because grave is not the owner, there's no basis in the sythe rules to punish for something that does not involve a sythe member or a sythe business.

I would like staff to reconsider their position on my ban and lift it if possible.

Context of me posting the picture:

Grave has been harassing me(bus369), rsgoldfund(my site), and chloe for the last week using his banner, I warned him if he didnt stop doing so I would report him to the BBB for malicious/deceptive advertising, he refused to remove the banner & continued to harrass us and I did what I said I would do, I filed against the company on the BBB for the advertisement.


Regarding the picture itself:
I censored some information upon sending the image in discord which shows I was NOT trying to leak or share any information, I actually named him "grave sythe"(a fake name) aswell, I sent the picture in discord to show grave that I genuinely did report virmach, I was NOT trying to be malicious or leak any information in any form, I simply made a poor choice about the screenshot I used to demonstrate that I was infact serious about reporting virmach.

If it means anything I apologize to grave for sharing something that may of offended him.
