    Grave violating banner advertisement rules
    I'd like to request the suspension of grave' ad rights and him be forced to change his banner & links.

    He is currently linking to a invalid scam report which was tossed out and is defacing me & my site by doing so.

    I am debating suing him for damages in that town he lives in -removed-

    I'm just using a non-trademarked name (other than "RS" so if Jagex has a problem I'll take it down) linking to a legitimate post on a message board that's not written by myself, using original art.

    Actually the report isn't a valid one and non-factual, which violates the advertisement rules.

    See it was put into SL and thrown out.

    so they know exactly what sort of scummy site and advertiser u are -removed-

    They're links to public posts that have been around for a while compiled into an opinion posted by wonderland. I don't see any evidence of libel. Libel requires an erroneous factual statement like "bus stole $500 from X" when in fact bus did not.

    Merely stating a public opinion such as "bus is one of the most dangerous sythe users" is not defamation. For example if you were to say "Y gold shop is less safe than X gold shop" this is an opinion and not defamation. But if you were to say "customers of Y goldshop are routinely are banned by Jagex" when they are not, then that is defamation.
