Please take a look at this. I have done my part by chasing this up and even trying to be nice by asking nicely but this is clearly not working out so I have to sort it out with you guys.

Please help me out I am being put in a position I cant do nothing in.

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO FIX THESE PROBLEMS ON SYTHE FOR PROBABLY OVER A WEEK NOW. I HAVE PAID THE REFUND I HAVE PROVED THE REFUND I HAVE SENT THE FEES IT COSTED HIM I HAVE PROVED EVERYTHING.

I first thought I got banned for ban evading because I tried to create a new account when I was banned to file a dispute but if its because of Hakzz17 that is a very big mistake. I am not Hakzz17 and I can prove it.
HAKZZ17 IS A DIFFERENT PERSON. HE HAD A LOT OF RSPSPK GOLD LIKE 300B IM TALKING AND WANTED TO USE MY SYTHE TO SELL IT. I TRUST HIM HE IS MY COUSIN I TRUST HIM WITH MY LIFE BUT WE ARE NOT THE SAME PEOPLE.

Its so unfair that after all the work ive put in to prove my innocence I just get denied by a moderator because he thinks I and Hakzz17 are the same person.
Please check the home IP addresses and please unban my account M3HM37.
I helped him file his dispute ban yesterday and I wish I could help him now.. He is banned for what? Really guys this is so unfair..

I have done everything in my power ive spent hours and hours providing evidence to prove my innocence of not being a scammer and then apparently I'm ban evading.. Hakzz17 has probably logged on at my house once for all I remember. WE ARE NOT THE SAME PERSON.

His name is Hakan (Hakzz17) I can get him to send you guys a photo ID if needed etc to prove we are
not the same people? I can get him to do a video call whatever is needed to prove it.

PLEASE HELP ME OUT HERE.

I just wanted to check up on this situation as ive been chasing this up for weeks literally every single day with @Chloe because the reason I'm banned (scamming $120) has been refunded so long ago but the opposition just wont confirm it. I have proved it several times to Chloe and she said she is waiting to confirm it with @Posighdin but I'm guessing he just isn't confirming it. Please help me out here.

There is a screenshot where I was telling him to come past my house but he was talking about his mum or something getting angry.

I know its outta topic but I thought itll help proving we aren't the same people. I think I was called Hakzz because he posted my skype on his Sythe post before or put his skype on my sythe account I cant remember which one it was. He did that because he sleeps at my house pretty much half the week comes over nearly everyday and pretty much is my brother.

I did get angry at him for doing so but he did not know what he was doing was not allowed. He was selling runescape private server gold and he said he needed a trusted account to do it on so he can sell it without problems. Can you guys please look into it and unban my Sythe account (m3hm37).

Also the 'SCAM' was sorted out weeks ago. I provided proof of all the refunds etc that were originally 'not refunded' which was clearly not true. I can provide proof of it again just to clear that as well. I also even refunded his fees that he paid to send me the money. So there is literally nothing he can complain about right now. Chloe was sorting this problem out and she said that he was going to have to reply and confirm that he has received the refund but I think he still has not replied or provided proof of it so I can do it.

and also just added (OFF SITE BAN FOR SCAMMING 400M which is about $2 loll..)
anyways that off subject what its worth.
First of all id like you guys to understand that this person 'ALERT' was tryna scam me LOLLL.
I was talking with admins on LOCOPK and mod 'D3MONZ' and I did this and as far as I know he is banned for this.
Secondly this account is not my account it is my cousins.
Third Please look at his inventory to see his 400M in case he lost LOL.
This was a anti-scam which backfired on him as the first comment on the link says.

This should not have anything to do with my Sythe account as firstly it isn't me and secondly just doesn't make sense for me to be banned for this stupidity. Please speak to a moderator in game and find out what happened.

Just the end of it. My cousin ISNT banned on the server so this is total BS. His 'REPORT' doesn't mean anything as he was trying to scam me and everytime I flower poker I ask a moderator to check his inventory.
In game I was jailed for this because he said my cousin and I teamed up and did something. ADMIN and d3monz came and told him exactly what I said above. I was instantly free to go. They told him word for word ' alert you are not allowed to do this'.

 

400M ''SCAM''
Hey guys. I just went onto LOCOPK onto account M3HM37 (WHICH APPARENTLY SCAMMED LOL).
Ok so as soon as I logged in I screenshotted with time and date proving I am not banned.
Second thing I messaged a in game mod D3M0NZ which helped me out. I asked him to teleport me to staff zone so I can explain the situation. By the way I'm with my cousin Hakan now. By the way this is the cousin that pretty much lives with me and you guys think that I was ban evading or whatever but I think all the others are sorted and then this came up. So while I was chatting with him I decided to video as well so I can upload to YouTube so I can show you guys for real. Thanks and please enjoy!

Ok so these are ALL OF the reasons that I was apparently banned for. It has literally been over 3 weeks since this has happened please correct me if I am wrong. I did not scam anybody nor ban evade. The payment I received was fully refunded plus I also sent him the $2.40 fees (both fees).

Hey guys I am still banned. I was originally banned for "scamming" $120 and that has been refunded over a month ago. I was then told by @Chloe that I was banned now because my cousin used my sythe or his sythe with my Skype or the oth r way around. I have proved we are not the same people and I do apologise he did use my account and it's because he lives with me and he has a lot of RSPSPK gold to sell. He wanted a trusted account that can get rid of it safely. I knoW it's wrong but I was not ban evading.
This is probably the 10th dispute I have opened and I have been chasing this up every single day for over a month now. It is taking so long for no reason at all. I have proved everything I have to why can't this issue be resolved?

BAN REASON 2 - "OFF SITE BAN/SCAM 400M locopk ($2 or 2M 07GP by the way)
Let me start off by saying I do not play LOCOPK but my cousin does. That does not matter let's just act as it's my account since he lives with me. I DID NOT SCAM HIM 400M and it is proved in the video below. I asked a moderator in game to teleport me and confirm the situation which was told by an administrator of LOCOPK RSPS. Please unban my account as I am banned for no reason at all right now. I make a new dispute over and over as they are for some reason not accepted. Obviously they are not being read because I am showing that I did not scam anybody. I even compensated the fees it costed @Posighdin ($2.40 USD) on top of the $120 USD. Please look into this properly and please unban my sythe account. I have been speaking with Chloe but she told me that other mods were looking after this? I have no idea who to talk to about this. Please update me.

Please scroll down when going on the website and watch the video I posted which is of a mod confirming I did not scam 400m which by the way is like $2 lol on this "off site scam/ban" which is not true at all.

The first comment made on this "SCAM" post was where was his 400M when flower pokering me showing he was in fact trying to scam me. We needed to win so I could show the video to moderators and ban him but it did not work out the way I planned. Please look into this properly ! <3
