Seraphic Infraction Dispute

Disputing my infraction for spamming. It was given to me by Mootrucks.

Reasoning for dispute:
-First of all the comment was DELETED prior to me getting an infraction over it.
-Secondly and lastly, what he did goes against Sythe's rules.

I reported this to Charlotte who did jack shit about this as well as Chloe who said that an Administrator might be able to help me.

As per Sythe's new rules, this is what it says:

• Genuine negative feedback about a negative experience with user that does not accuse them of scamming is allowed.

This is genuine negative feedback regardless. I was not being offered the service so I have a right to say that this is false advertisement. Not to mention he was not providing me the service which is what he said. As per Sythe's rules, he has no ToS which states that he can deny anyone from using his service so the infraction should be voided.

I'd like this infraction removed and instead a warning from Mootrucks. This is absolutely ridiculous I get an infraction from this and the worse part is @Charlotte doing nothing about it.

@Charlotte also infracted me for spamming and said that "infractions are no big deal". Well it is if you are getting abusive infractions. Can also provide proof that I believe this to be an unfair infraction if needed.

 

I spoke to Mootrucks about the infraction he had given you and we decided that it'd have to be taken to a higher level if you wanted to see a reversal, as Chloe had stated. Accept that it's a valid infraction. Me not doing shit about it is because I don't just reverse my peers' actions.

Regarding the infraction I gave you, it's still valid. You arguing about it is why I said it's not a big deal - it isn't. You claim you're being abused but you're not. You spammed, said you understood it was spam, yet continue to want to dispute the infraction for spam. If you see spam in the moment, report it and I'll handle it, but don't PM me five month old instances of spam and expect me to infract the people.

Considering I didn't even bump my donation thread the day you contacted me you couldn't claim I was false advertising, therefore your infraction is well deserved, will leave this open for an admin's opinion on the situation.

 

The post is definitely infractable however since you deleted it yourself shortly after posting, an infraction is not warranted
