I have nothing to hide and I provided with gyazos of the chat. I didn't do it the day u asked because I was playing league and didnt care to take ten gyazos. Now I'm not doing it cuz u pissed me off. I have all the logs and can't alter them. I'm just choosing to be a dick. Next time don't report me for bogus crap.

 

edit: elite dust has refunded 75. if mods want hattez or elite dust to refund the remaining debt, they know where to find me. if mods are fine with no further repayments, that works too.

 

@hattez i'll need to see all your chat logs with Elite Dust, I can take over this report, if Hattez didn't get warned by Elite Dust visibly then the remaining debt would be on Elite Dust.

 

I am requesting someone that is not Tmoe, Mootrucks, or Chloe to handle this report as I want unbiased ruling.

Anyway, @Mootrucks I got what I need anyway which is Hattez confirming to using the cards himself/never informing me about giving the cards to John/bringing in a different parties.

I gave $75 because John is an innocent victim but I won't refund anything else. This trade was conducted offsite you have no jurisdiction over me. I know you guys will give me the "If you plan to pardon bla bla bla" if that time comes then I will just refight this case.

Also to all the individuals adding me on Skype asking for AGC bloody fuck off I won't sell anything to a Sythe member. Whoever leaked my Skype go take a piss.

Also: I sold John $1000 in AGC today already saved him $300, he went first to me for $1k. So all of you can take a piss.

Ok can you show me Hattez confirming he used the cards himself? I'll continue to handle this report, i'm the most un bias person you'll meet, didn't see anyone show proof of the cards being used by Hattez though. @FastJGY

Also since you don't want the report to be handled through Sythe, did you and Hattez exchange PMs on any other trading website?

 

Me and Hattez trade on Teamspeak/voice. We didn't exchange PMs on any site. I don't have proof I told Hattez about the 14 day shelf life, we were in a voice call in TS. I'll take it to my grave I told him. I may be a social engineer and involved in a lot of questionable stuff but I won't lie.



Hattez claims that he told me 3 days later that he sold the cards to JohnG which is completely false (Would of been the 13th). John contact me the 15th and told me he already had AGC and hell till like two days ago I never knew they were my cards.

Actually I never sell to Sythe that's why I never need a visual. I just tried doing Hattez a favor. I don't need a visual where I sell these cards. I have $$$$$$ in feedback offsite where my T.O.S is posted before checkout.

You owe John the remainder of what He paid Hattez, which comes out to $100 as you already paid $75, whether you pay or not is up to you but it's going to be added to your ban reason on Elite Dust.

 

It is unfair to be out both the gift card and the total amount paid due to miscommunication which was hardly entirely Dust's fault.

With that, in mind, refund 50% of the cost.

What the hell, at least message me saying you want to change my decision I shouldn't of had to message you after someone notifying me you posted this, since you want to publicly embarrass me I will just leave this here.



As I stated in the PM I would agree that it should be 50/50 if there was proof that Hattez was notified of the 14 day expiration which there isn't.

4:20 AM Edit - After debating with myself I don't even think 50/50 would be fair to anyone, this whole report is because Elite Dust didn't visibly tell Hattez that they expire after 14 days, if he did however then he would owe John nothing. Hattez would then be responsible for a full refund for failing to tell John that they expire after 14 days, not sure why I even considered 50/50 as a viable option at one point but I've came to my senses.

@hattez Don't pay anything, I will make this go to a staff voting if need be.

Also @Elite Dust you can hold off on paying anything until this is settled as well.
