lpool4321, 2 step authenticator on broken phone and ban?

lpool4321 is the username.
2 step authenticator on broken phone and i've learnt that the account is banned also, I have no idea why?

in regards to the sythe 2-step I have a backup code and I may be able to find a donor ID.

also I created an account "lpool1234" a few days ago but thats been banned for "ban evasion". I don't know why my original "lpool4321" is banned initially. can you please help me.
