gorilla glue is the only strain i could warrant over $300 a zip for (commercially, i would never pay that much but it's not unheard of for gg to go for $320 an ounce). that shit is absolutely fucking nuts. you can press the bud up against the wall and it'll stick to it. easily top 3 strains i've ever smoked.

I've had my fair share of gg#4, but honestly my go-to favorite strain would have to be blue dream.

I know a few dealers who source from Colorado or have a route running up to michigan / canada and I've still never seen any of that frosty bud porn that you see on IG. those videos where you see the dude just press his palm into a bag of bud and lift up and have 5-6 big nugs stick to your hand and yourself just get me so wet, but it feels like you gotta be IN the dispensaries over there to get your hands on anything like that. not saying I can only get my hands on mids because luckily at this point I have a few plugs I can shop around with each time I have to pick up so I don't have to "settle" because my guy only had shitty stuff, I just think i'm a little too far east atm to pick up any of that willy wonka looking shit.

Same, I've only smoked blue dream once in cali and it was by far the best weed ive smoked. But @Hamouze is right, gorilla glue is up there too, idk if i'd be down to pay 320 an o for gorilla glue though thats way too much

it's a gateway drug. i started smoking weed in 10th grade and now im a junior in uni and have done everything basically everything but heroin, but even worse things like fentanyl. idk maybe it's just me but i've heard the story too many times. i dont have a single friend from high school that i started smoking weed with that stopped at weed.

Sorry to hear about your experience, but weed isn't a gateway drug to those you have mentioned. It's simply not, I have MANY friends who only have done WEED. It all depends on how you are raised and who the biggest influences of your life are. If your buddy does coke, then you are more likely to.

 

yeah most hard drugs were introduced in college and A LOT of people around me were doing hard drugs, as i assume it is like in most colleges.

 

Idk man, I'm at about a zip a week and I haven't really moved past weed. I started smoking when some would consider 'late', didn't really fuck around with smoking until I came to college, so I've only been smoking for 4-5 years. Even though I've dabbled a bit with some amphetamenes and opiates, I've never really had the urge to go any further or 'try anything new' outside of those experiences. Maybe I'm a lil puss, but I've pretty much only stuck to weed, same with most of the people I live with. I know it's kinda a 'ymmv' thing tho, and I know I can pretty much ask my plugs for whatever I'm feeling and if they don't have it on hand they can find me a guy, so it definitely is a gateway drug in that sense.
