Paypal when I called says transfer was completed, and is no longer pending on my end. Currently it's on your paypal waiting. I have no issue screensharing with staff.

 

All paypal transactions I had were instantly, why would this one have a delay for some reason? It's clearly on your side, requested a dnt till payment is no longer pending

yes it's the old layout but you have to accept the USD so it can be transferred to USD

 

I have plenty of transactions of people sending me usd, they went into my USD wallet under "Paypal Balance" > "Details"

I have no way to Pm any single person or contact whale, check if he has received it or not. I've been trying to get this done for a while now. Theres no way he hasn't received it yet. I can show any single staff proof on my paypal there's nothing pending or I can call paypal that will say he has the funds.
He is stringing this along.

@Whale Seller deserves a ban paypal emailed me this after the 4th phone call today and transfering to a manager. It has been cleared at 7am PST YESTERDAY
He is delaying and lying. I can forward the email as well as send this to a staff.

He is trying to clear more time because hes angry with me and I did nothing to this stupid fucking cuck besides let him know how shit he was after he fucked me over twice. I sent the payment asap and agreed to compensation, but hes lying to staff and falsifying information. I can also screenshare my paypal/email.
