Folt scammed me

I posted this thread in late 2012 (FOLT scammed me), Folt was banned shortly after on October 18, 2012 seen here (For FOLT @ Wulfspade1). There was never a single attempt to pay me back for the name besides giving the account back. Which I stated in the thread that I would not accept it back - (FOLT scammed me).

I never expected him to get unbanned and to be quite honest, I didn't even know he was unbanned. You can see in @Folt 's dispute (Folt Requesting Pardon for Locked/Stolen Account) how adamant I was about not getting the account with the rare name back. I simply did not want to take the risk again, I figured refunding me wasn't an unreasonable gesture. Which in my scam report (FOLT scammed me) I even give him another month on top of the month it took for him to reply to me.

It appears that @Folt was unbanned in this pardon, which is interesting because @Wulfspade1 clearly says he won't be getting unbanned until I am paid back (For FOLT @ Wulfspade1)

I have a few PM's from @Folt that show how slow he was to reply to me and how "any valuables on the account will not be replaced" that sounds pretty harsh (http://i.imgur.com/vtdsRI9.png).

You might ask why this wasn't made earlier -
1. I had no idea he got unbanned, when I got scammed I didn't come back for some time.
2. I never thought I would be getting the money back, it's the internet.
3. My account was banned with all of the information on it, I did not have a good way to prove what had happened.
4. Lastly, due to recent events @Folt has been accused of sniping a name and then lying about it (Folt selling a RSN he sniped)

@Folt brings up "I do understand his frustration, however I was very displeased with his lack of compliance and maturity when he threatened to spam my threads on other forums. I made an effort to provide him full disclosure on what had happened on my end. Because of his attitude towards the situation I feel that it may make things fairly difficult to sort out, and that’s why I haven’t yet replied since that conversation transpired. I also want to point out that the account he purchased was for 300M RSGP and not 400M as he has mentioned in the conversation and on the dispute he filed on me. (This can be referenced by the vouch on my vouches thread where he posted on August 27, 2012. "

My frustration is that how am I suppose to trust him after what had just happened. Whos to say that accepting the account back and removing the scam report wouldn't let him continue on to more victims? I was rather new to Sythe and this was not a good experience. I don't think i'm being out of line when I request a refund back for the account/name when he had two months to do so. I think the fact that he was unwilling to cover items that were possibly hijacked during the account hack shows a lack of character and remorse. I am aware this post is years old and that he probably doesn't have the name anymore. To be quite honest I don't even expect the GP back, but I do feel like this scam was overlooked due to my ban and it should have been the tipping point for a permanent ban.

I am willing and able to talk on Discord with a mod if they would like to discuss this further. I also acknowledge that the name was originally 300M, not 400M. This was a mistake on my part, and I couldn't confirm that until I had access back to my account.
