Meh, LTC is an interesting coin with the same concept as BTC just as the "Silver Standard". It was at $47 3 years ago and then dropped all the way down to a low of $4 which was basically considered a "dead-coin" for all these years till Charlie(The main developer) got it added onto coinbase, making the price rise to $40 range. The recent push to $50 was because of the news that it was being added to a new exchange and then it has steadily dropped to low $40's ever since.

I think it will always pump up and then deflate back down as that's what its done for the last few years... Some people see it going to $100 each by the end of the year which is possible, but it's also possible for it to plummet down like in the past. August 1st's decision for BTC scaling will be a big thing for the future of LTC, because if it passes for BTC then the whole idea behind going to use LTC is pretty much lost as there is nothing to different from the 2.

I personally see it staying in the $30-40 range, I sold my 20 coins at $48 and will buy in whenever I see a little bit more news for the future.
