Forgot Email and Password on account

I forgot the email and password to my account Ilongboard4life.

I clicked on the link in the pinned post to retrieve email put it sent me to a 404 error page.

What can I do to recover it?

When you log out there's a recover password feature, try it from an incognito browser. Lmk if that helps - don't use the one in the stickies use the one from the login page.
