Is it a safe payment to take? I see a lot of users that aren't associated with goldshops using and im curious about the risk
Stupid amount of withdrawal fees to specific banks which basically means you have to keep your balance in your Skrill account till you use it because it just wouldn't be worth it to take it out. But from a safety perspective, I've done $1000 in BTC buys via Skrill and have never had any type of issues so far in years.
idk where you get your information about the fees. It is definitely not cheap but it is like 2-3 times cheaper than Paypal if you not live in US. The card helps a lot as well if you want to be invisible.
I'd say Skrill is a bit more secure than PayPal to be honest. They handle charge backs differently so most gold sites are willing to sell a bit more at once for Skrill in comparison to PayPal.
Tbh, you should mainly look into unchargebackable methods of payments. I understand Skrill and PayPal are easier to get payments through than the likes of Bitcoin, but is it worth losing money to save time? You could alternate between Skrill/PayPal for small payments and Bitcoin for more substantial ones. And then just transfer your Bitcoins with a respected and trusted user.
