Backstory ... added him on my real Skype to purchase 50m, he was acting shady from the start and was refusing to use a real middleman

So I created a second Skype account to get him to pull some dumb shit on me so I could get him banned since I didn't have enough proof to get him reported on my real Skype

So yeah, he's a ban evader ...
