Explanation of the trade: 300M OSRS for a maxed main on osrs.

How they scammed: Trying to log into it months later an the account details are changed and
Proof that it's their Skype: I had received a Sythe PM from the user months ago as shown below in the pictures. Also I heard PM isn't required as proof anymore.

Other relevant trade screenshots: I went to their livechat, they claimed I had tried to sold the account to someone else then recover it, which is false as I've never tried to scam sell the account. They are not providing me any sort of proof for their words either. I'd either like a 300M refund or my account back. Thank you very much for reading this. Also to mention, this trade was non sythe related, contacted them via Skype.

This person has admitted to scamming on the account multiple times (I won't deal with this since I work for Divicasales, but here is some proof just from livechat logs that I have until my bosses are online)

I'm not sure if this has been sorted and a Mod has confirmed that my bosses had to pay back his victims or not.
But this person is a serial ban evader and scammer.

 

The trade was done off of Sythe, and it wasn't even in your terms of service. Once you sell the account to someone, you have no right to take it back whatsoever. How does it matter if I scam ingame on it (which i dont even intend on), bot on it or whatever?

Also notice: the details divica provides does not work on recovery, they're fake and bullshit.

That's like selling somebody a fucking phone and telling them they cant do this and that on their new phone? Logic doesn't add up.

He openly admits to scamming. He has scammed people on Sythe with it.

 

@Chloe My question was, where does it state you may recover an account if it was used for wrong doings? You have to state it in your TOS. ALSO THE ACCOUNT WAS PURCHASED OFF OF SKYPE NOT SYTHE?

 

I most certainly haven't recovered the account, so the most likely scenario is that he sold it to somebody and wants me to recover it back for him. Nevertheless, I shall await instruction from a mod other than Chloe.

 

1. @Divica , your worker Chloe stated "my boss told me to recover it", also you may search anywhere, the account was never sold, check the archives. No account selling reports on the Sythe forums. Also it was never stated in your terms of service as I've mentioned 5x above that the account will be recovered in any case unless I ask you to do so.

2. The details you give your customers for the accounts are blatantly wrong, they get denied in every way possible. Can provide a video on my entering the exact recovery details you've given me.

 

My boss has never told me to recover the account, I don't even know the accounts details so that's false.

 

So you didn't recover the account, your boss didn't either, so who did? I know you guys did because you stated that to me on your live chat.

 

@Hemisphere Lets start off with you refunding your scams, have you tried contacting your victims to refund them?

 

@Menno The user that I had scammed is now unactive and banned. The skype is also not there anymore (been almost a year). I dont know why the details were changed as this wasnt stated in the terms of purchase. He also gave me fake recovery details. (Can let a mod except Chloe try them). Nowhere does it state on his thread TOS What i can and what I cannot do on his account so he has no right to recover my account.

 

I can provide the SAME EXACT DETAILS DIVICA PROVIDED ME. WHY DID HE PROVIDE FAKE DETAILS? I EVEN TRIED RECOVERING IT FROM A UK VPS.

What dont you get Chloe? Are you a bit slow in the head? Ive admitted to scam. Im here stating your terms of service or nowhere do you guys state what i did was not allowed ans youd take the account back.

 

Sythe rules > tos, you're going to have to refund every single scam before divica will recover the account for you. If your scam victims have gone inactive this money will go towards the community repayment thread. I'll discuss with a few other staff members to see how much you exactly owe the community and let you know.

 

@Menno alright, if I do will I be refunded? Also, i'll need proof of each refund.

SJ please follow the RaS, I've asked Menno, not you. Also, you're stating accounts I've never even owned. You can't just put all the blame on me without substancial evidence. Legit I admit to scam. But don't ever accuse me to be someone I'm not. Half those users aren't me. I want a moderator to resolce this, not some spastic staff hunter that has no life. Planker.
