Got banned after a skilling service

First of all he did not manage to achieve the agreed level we agreed on first, so we agreed that he would refund the remaining money(but that's not the problem in this report case). The last day he executed the service on my account was on monday 12th of June. The first time I logged on the account, the day after he finished the service, in like a minute I got logged out by force with a prompt that my account got disabled. I then got told on my profile page that I got banned (for 2 days) because of botting, now he refuses to admit that he did not bot on my account.
Yes he generally is a trustworthy guy with lots of vouches, but there always lies a risk of getting fucked over, no matter who you are.
No harm feelings, he's a kind guy and I don't want him to get banned, I just want to get compensated for the damage and sell potential he caused to my account. If there are still some things unclear or more proof is required, I will gladly assist you.

 

Greetings, I would like to open with stating that I don't want this to develop to pages of arguments so i'm gonna post my viewpoint and leave it at that. (Except in the case the resolver of this complaint requires additional information)

I was ordered to complete a service of 93-98 prayer for the player above stated. While I was doing this service I was also completing another one.

Everything went fine until the night of the 11th where I had to be transported to the hospital. Not to go to far I had to delay/cancel all orders.

On the 12th I let this customer know of that that I couldn't start training again until I was home and if he wanted a refund for the remaining of the service I would happily refund it.

On the 13th I was told that he recieved a 2-day ban which initially suprised me, but as always I sticked with being professional.

I can whole heartedly state that no macroing was done on his account during my time. I wouldn't risk anyones account if they trusted and paid me to complete a service for them.

I think this reflects in the 130 vouches I have recieved and around 230 orders I have completed (give or take)

The client in this case has yet to accept my refund for the uncompleted services and I would love to process it as soon as possible.

I don't have much to add to this and I hope this can be cleared up as fast as possible.

He has only shared one screenshot of him leveling on my account which was a few hours later after he started, it took him around 3 minutes to take the screenshot and upload it. So after that point he did not notify me with any screenshots nor progress, so he basically has no proof that he did or did not legitimately train on my account. I find it very frustrating as a guy with almost no vouches to fight against some guy with lots of vouchers who obviously has damaged the value of my account. I am not sure how I can win this, as he is obviously in favor of the mods.

 

Apologies for posting here @Staff, but hopefully this can help clear up some mess for the customer.

@Heros I assume you being a service provider, you provide your services via OSbuddy? If this is the case, then you shouldn't need to take 3 minutes or so on like the customer has claimed you did to "upload" a screenshot. A simple gyazo from your folder compile should do more than fine (takes literally 20-30 seconds even with potato internet)

As for you @GetRektsaid , staff cannot take sides with someone because they are higher vouched than you. That's like saying I put my 1500+ feedback/vouches on the line and scam someone, then I ask them to protect me from it that's a big nono.

If what you're saying is true about the single screenshot, that is very odd. Even in cases such as Runeloader (which is another client, I always inform customers if I use it, and if I do it's for such cases like nightmare zone where it's AFKable) if he was using another client other than OSbuddy, he should of realistically told you along with a link to it for you to check it out before agreeing to this.
