Scam Report On @Astro

First off let me go by saying this deal was made march 30th 2016. The deal was for a main account

I really need help here, I never sold the account. A sales thread thats closed does not mean anything. I closed it due to it being an old thread that held no value anymore. Proof of me changing my threads before i pmed him.

EDIT : @Chloe I edited the thread to SOLD last thursday when I was spam cleaning my threads, I initially contacted him about the stolen account in January. ( if you can confirm this please do Selling Dope Main [Vouched] ) I have now edited the thread properly to closed*

EDIT : So basically what i've gathered is that because I made a sale thread of the account a while back that constitutes that I could have sold it therefore I am no longer entitled to getting my account back from @Astro. ( At no point was I ever aware that this was a thing and this is another issue that I am fighting.)

EDIT #2 : So basically another issue people are having is I am asking too much? I'm asking the exact amount of bitcoin I gave him at the time. If you trade crypto currencies this is a normal thing, I am willing to negotiate however if Mods find it irrational.

 

Reason I hit him up in June was I recently spoke to @Dunworry http://prntscr.com/fiuifd he think's this holds merit.

The problem is that you've written "SOLD" on your thread instead of "Closed" or something similar.
That alone means you could of sold the account off-site or to a friend etc.. and now you're trying to make Astro claim it back for you. I've made the decision of I don't believe he should recover it for you.
I'll leave this open for any other staff to add their 2 cents.

 

As I stated @Chloe, I marked the thread sold last thursday when I was cleaning my threads. It was a typo,( whenever I closed a thread I wrote SOLDSOLDSOLD) this was before I spoke to @Dunworry and found out @Astro should be held accountable regardless of whether a sale thread was open.

I pmed him in january of 2017 saying I lost it. I only edited the thread june 8th 2017 and spoke to dun on jun 11th. I Clearly couldn't have sold it 4 days ago when i pmed him several months back.

You can double check this as i did it to a few other of my threads on the same day!

 

Sorry I don't believe it, you contacted him during Jan but didn't make a scam report? You were somehow okay with waiting 5-6 months to open a report? Not to mention you're trying to make him pay $1500 for an account you tried selling for $200

It seems to me that you're either
1) trying to extort Astro for money or
2) trying to get him to recover the account even though you've sold it offsite

As I said I'll let other staff put their 2 cents in.

@Astro still wouldn't recover for me saying that I sold it with no proof.

 

@Chloe I'm charging the amount I paid in BTC at the time. Bitcoin is not paypal. You pay people in bitcoin and that number fluctuates. I believe i'm in the right.

He ignored my pm's. I only found out i was in the right when i spoke to dun on June 11th as stated. will add more proof of that now

^^^ @Chloe proof i never wanted money from him I just wanted my account back. Also I took a break from RS but that's needless to say since everyone takes breaks.

 

First off all if you pay someone in btc your not going to get More or less because of any price changes.

Next you writing sold in your thread is where you fucked up. If you didn't sell the account just write something like closed or not for sale. To me it seems as if you've sold the account and are just trying to get it recovered. You claimed it was a typo but you should have been more careful.

I also don't believe that Astro shouldn't recover the account for you as this looks very suspicious.

 

Let me just clear something up - I know that it was not recovered, I wouldn't be selling accounts that even had the slightest chance of being recovered. The thing is when you messaged me back in January I didn't want to start accusing you of things, instead I simply moved on but it's clear to me that you're trying to get a gain out of me and I'm not going to let that happen. I'm confident that you've sold the account a long time ago but as I was an Admin back then you didn't want to press the issue and waited six months. Unfortunately for you, from my perspective, there is no way that a recovery did occur so that leaves me with the only option which is you trying to either get some free dollars or the account back. You clearly know the difference between "closed" and "sold", I've checked your previous locked threads. Quickly changing it to "closed" is not going to help you as staff members can see previous edits. I think this has been on your mind ever since you most likely sold it but never actually tried hard to get something out of me until you spoke to Dunworry who told you that if you lose access to an account, the original owner has to get it back or issue a refund. I'm sorry but I'm more than confident that you're lying and I'm not going to recover it so that you can get away with a scam.

 

This is bs, I already explained that I closed 4 threads on the same day writing the exact same thing " SOLDSOLDSOLD " this was 4 days ago!!!! Admin's can verify this. You have no proof that I sold the account, these are false accusations.

 

another thing @Chloe being your "wife" or whatever is a conflict of interest I don't expect either of you to look at the evidence without prejudice. Looking for other staff to take a look Please!!

 

I cleared this up, 4 days ago i closed all my threads the same way, spke to Dunworry yesterday and realized I fucked up. You can check several of my threads that were closed makred "sold on the same day"

 

Astro is not going to recover an account for you given the possibility you sold the account and the possibility of Astro recovering the account being non-existent.
