[Elite Dust] Entreaty For Full Pardon #2

Welcome to my second entreaty for a pardon. I want to start off by saying everything from here on out comes from the heart, this has been a goal of mine for a while. My name tends to have a negative connotation, which I know is a result of my actions and that there is nobody to blame but myself. Band-aids don't fix bullet-holes, but I hope enough time has passed to prove my genuinity. I'm going to start off by making sort of a timeline of my time on Sythe, I feel this is very much needed because not a lot of people don't understand why I've been banned or am banned. Let's begin.

I joined on Sep 16, 2016. I had always known about Sythe, just never made an account. I wanted to sell a rare RSN that I had bought. A day or two after I had joined I was banned and accused of ban evading, this was a result of having the same avatar as a user who had been banned a week or two before I joined. After I got unbanned and proved my innocence I approached the market. I had the RSN "Martial" and wanted to sell it, I was approached by JoshuaG who told me the name had a history of being sniped. He reported me and I was quickly prompted with a TWC (Trade with caution) and told I had to provide proof of purchase. I was unable to prove I had bought the name. I contacted @Sythe and we came to an agreement that I would hand the name to an escrow while the situation got sorted. Later that night while sitting in the discord one thing turned to another and me being impetuous I threatend JoshuaG for reporting me. I was handed a 2 week ban + TWC by Chloe on September 21, 2016. What I did next is something till this day I can't fathom, I threatened to release Chloe's dox in the discord. I was permanently banned. Those were some dark times for me, shortly after I got banned on Sythe I turned to a certain forum and got myself involved in illegal activities. I ended up hacking my good friends RS accounts for a total of roughly 6b 07.

It was coming towards the end of December when I was realizing I was losing friends by the day and that I had turned started to be greedy. I wasn't happy with myself and I was wracked with guilt. Everything for me started going downhill whether it was IRL or getting chain banned every week. I honestly could say that I was starting to go crazy, I was starting to believe that this was all karma, it felt like when I walked I was carrying bowling balls on my shoulders. I did the right thing, pulled $6000+ out of my bank account and went back to refund every single one of my friends. They were surprised that I did what I did, but the sad thing is even after I refunded them, the trust was gone and it didn't feel like a friendship anymore. I'm just going out of my way to say @Fingy was the best god dam friend I've made on Runescape, that summer in 2016 we made thousands staking and spent hundreds of hours talking to each other and to me he was like my big brother. Till this day I wish I could go back in time and not have done what I did, money changed me for the worse. I pardoned and made new year resolutions for 2017, the pardon was denied which I completely understand why looking back at it, it was too soon.

I was granted a DNT on February 18th, 2017. I had decided to return and make a name for myself. I told myself I was going to use my knowledge (I'm really into infosec) into being constructive for the forum. I wanted to connect with the community before my second pardon (here I am).

To Richard/Sythe:

I want to start off by apologizing that the only time you hear my name is when shit hits the fan and there is trouble or drama. I know you're busy and can't be arsed with it, hands down I agree. I just want to clear the skies with you.

First things first, I'm going to address the Sythe RSPS drama. So basically me and Syfriends were on the same boat with bringing AWU onboard to bug test the RSPS. I made a thread on AWU and recruited a team. When I approached Syfriends on Discord I found out I was blocked, I had no idea what the hell was going on but now found out. Let me make it clear that I'm not Valor. The guy who contacted you saying that they were on the team and would essentially be extorting the dupes/bugs for money WAS NOT ME. Syfriends told me you were under the impression that it was me and you told him to block me. Valor was not even on the team to begin with, he went behind my back after viewing my recruitment thread and came to you attempting to extort you. I was volunteering to contribute to the server my time and my money, I didn't expect anything in return.

Extortion/Why I'm banned now

I'm no longer going to sugar coat this but rather going to adress it and explain everything. When I was banned during a pending investigation I contacted my staff member friends and wanted to be told what's going on. A certain staff member told me it's not looking good for me, he also told me that he reccomends me ban evading instead of wasting my time. I told him that I was innocent and wouldn't do so and that Tmoe told me he was working on it. That staff member responded to me by telling me that Tmoe was the one that was for keeping me banned. Fastfoward >> He tells me that Tmoe said negative things about me. I tell that staff member that I don't believe him and that Tmoe is my friend, I asked to see proof. He told me he can't show proof and didn't want to risk his staff position. I told him that I'm that staff members friend and that if I wanted to get his staff position removed/get him banned I could have already done so (there was now cleared dirt). He responded with pictures of the staff lounge. I want to make it clear that it may seem I indirectly threatend this staff member, but that was never my intentions. All I wanted was the inside scoop and to be aware of what was going on. Moving on, in the screenshot from the staff lounge I saw Tmoe say some things I wouldn't have expected him to say. I approached him and called him 2-faced, when he didn't take my bait then I proved to him that I had been leaked the sl. It resulted in an investigation being carried by Tmoe to find out who leaked me SL and Richard ordering for whoever leaked it to be demoted. I was constantly given chances by Mootrucks and Tmoe, I respect both of you but understand I couldn't tell you who had leaked me the sl. I was afraid of it resulting in them being banned and if they had been banned because of me I would have had so much guilt on my shoulders. If you were in my shoes I hope you would have done the same thing. I already have guilt for him being demoted. Yes, you all probably have figured by now who it was. I 110% understand it created distrust in the staff team and it's something that should not have been done, I apologize for that.

Tmoe, I know you think I have malicious intent and that I'm a troublemaker. I want to apologize to you for wasting your time and always dragging you in bogus bullshit. I think we got off on the wrong foot and weren't on the same page. I hope if it were up to you that you would give me one last chance.

Richard, I hope by a change of heart you decide to forgive me. I want to prove to you that I'm a good person and have a lot to bring to the table. I promise you that there will be no more drama. I'm coming clean with everything, I have nothing to lose. We also got off on the wrong foot, for that I will apologize once more.

Here are some things I have done in attempt to be constructive to the community.

1. First thing is first, Fukboi if you're reading this yes it was me. You were right all along, I was the one who set you up. Fukboi was a staker, who when things went south for him he resorted to double spending in Teamspeaks. He had scammed @Milotic for a ton of money. I found out who he was on Sythe and set up an anti-scam with the help of @video and @Gun for $200. I know it's not all of the money Milotic had lost, but it's better than nothing.

2. Help promote Sythe on Reddit by upvote botting their threads, giving them a upvote bot also providing Reddit accounts.

3. Inspired by Adam, I removed 100+ ban evaders.

4. Wrote a script that ran the Sythe database and if it found a working account, I would report it on this thread: List of Hacked Profiles(s)

5. Worked on Sythe RSPS alongside @Syfiends. Currently have a bug team established for final testing.

6. Always made suggestions, things that I thought would be benefitial to the forum.

Clearing some things out

I'm going to make some things clear that I forsee coming up. First of all, yes I have a inventory of RSN's worth thousands of dollars, none of these names were sniped. During the name release I took it in my owns hands to write a program that would grab the names upon release. There is a particular name I have that when I first tried selling, was sniped from me as a result of me being careless. I took the name back on my own means a couple of weeks later (I have proof of this).

Did I ban evade? Simple answer is this, I did ban evade but 80% of the time I had a reason to and got approval by a staff member. I never ban evaded with intentions of pursuing the market. When I did make an account, it was a throwaway to get the attention of someone or speak my mind.

While I was DNT did I have people selling my goods for me? Yes, I did. Here is the situation with Milotic/Basement. After the name release I had a lot of RSNs and wanted to sell them, I gave them to him and he would sell them on his behalf and pay me my cut. This was explicitly stated to a moderator beforehand and we were given the green light, if anything went wrong Milotic was willing to take responsibility.

Tweeting, please explain? Alright so I'm going to clear the skies once and for all. The staking community is very competitive, it's also a community with a bunch of snakes. I'm not one to tweet the RSNS of other people but last year I did have a vendetta with a particular person and resorted to tweeting Jagex their RS accounts. It was a one time thing I regret doing. I have since made amends with that person and I consider him now a friend and someone I can look up to. That person was not Hattez. In regards to Hattez and the drama we had, surprise he is also now one of my great friends. Make peace not war is what I'm telling everyone. I've made amends with everyone and patched al my wrongdoings.

DNT evading > I served a two week ban for DNT evading. Richard made it clear to me that even if the trade is offsite , as a DNT member I'm not allowed to trade with a Sythe member.
