Dispute via Home IP

So I created my account on a VPN a few days ago. Yes I didn't know you weren't supposed to do that. I download a movie every now and again off torrents and I saw TPB said to buy a VPN if your going to torrent anymore(providers selling search history/data etc). So I did just that and created my account even bought a signature from jiwi and got a vouch (which he would defend). Then I was at work and logged into sythe and it said I was home IP banned but menno pointed me in the right direction so here I am and thanks again menno! The accounts name is "Xipho" and I'm at home now (VPN not on). I couldn't dispute earlier because I was at work, made me salty but oh well lol. Also, if I use my VPN for torrenting every now and again does that mean I have to turn it off everytime I login to sythe?
