So could be multiple people or just playkiller/clare_britney/gamercall/master-wugui making accounts again and again

 

They can both dispute via home IP. Also shame on that @Joseph20 guy for stealing @Superman's avatar.

EDIT: Changed both ban reasons as they are both banned off-site aswell on alot of websites.
