Suspected hacked/shared profile

my ban links to the link above, but I have no idea why I'm banned. Furthermore I cannot access the thread since I'm banned, but when I'm logged out and I try to look at it it says that I need to be logged in. So I tried to make another sythe account but I can't do so since I have the same IP address... How do I get unbanned? I just randomly got banned one day for no reason, and I can't look at the thread.

Hi - it looks like your account had been accessed by a hacker at one point. I've gone ahead and lifted the ban, but please be sure to change your password and turn on 2FA.

EDIT: Account has been rebanned pending proof of a clean virus scan.

Here's a picture of my virus scan. It says I need it due to the nature of the ban. However, I still don't know what I was banned for actually, because I cannot view the thread that talked about it. Could anyone tell me what type of ban it was? Thanks!

Hey - like I mentioned earlier, your account was compromised and accessed by a hacker on at least one occasion sometime last year (do you recognize all of your most recent posts?).

Anyways, thanks for the quick follow-up - I've lifted the ban.
