I was banned and he was the scammer not me!

Iam banned for sell an account to hsurab some time ago. He was buying my account, i gave him my irl details, all the account info and i gave him. He didnt pay me anything and he ignored me for months. Then like 6 months ago i got the acc back and he was using my acc for staker rent. I want to be unbanned since i did nothing.
