    Feedback though:
    Remove the above. What is the reason of a public vote when the winner will ultimately be decided by the CDT. Like it is now a public vote isnt really needed because it should be pretty clear which members would rack up the top 5 anyway, adding the CDT in the end just adds a huge bias in my opinion.

    Right now its just a popularity contest x2.
    The only way I could see this working in my opinion is if the CDT makes a well writen report on why their decision fell on one candidate, including why it didnt fell on other candidates. Should be standard procedure to do something like this to not make it a popularity contest anyway, right?
