Explanation and proof:
I was middlemanning a trade for him and @King John 12345, John handed me the Bitcoins and I asked for Thomas his account. When he gave me the account I searched on the account details which he provided me and found out that he is a currently banned user. How I found out is because his Runescape ingame name is "7Legend", which linked to this thread - a guy with the same ingame name in League of Legends. Then I checked Lathax' old posts and found out that he was selling a maxed Runescape account as well:

LVL 124 - Max main - All void pieces - Zulrah pet - Torso - B Gloves - 90 prayer - 82 construction!

Which looks suspiciously much like the account Tomm97 is currently selling:

LVL 125 MAIN - 1900+ TL - 200 QP+ - Augury / Rigour

The above two threads should be sufficient proof to get him banned, its the same account, but if moderators want proof of the guy his ingame name actually being '7Legend' just ask. I record every middleman I do, including this one.

Just for the future, in case Tomm/Lathax is going to try to sell the account again. The username of the account is: [email protected]. Be careful when anyone is selling that account.
