Made Account on Proxy - Posting on home ip now

Hello, a few weeks ago I joined sythe and when I tried to make my account using internet explorer all I would get was a white screen. So a friend told me to use a proxy, proxyweb.in to create my account. Now today I try logining into proxy and it doesn't work, then finally when I get it to work it says im banned. I talked to mootrucks and told him situation and he told me to make a post in dispute section but i thought i had to make an account to post so i tried to and it let me (now I use google chrome so ppl say that's what fixed it) and that account is banned he told me cuz im not supposed to. Sorry.

Can you please fix this. I am posting from my home ip now as sythe lets me login now since i use chrome. please forgive me for using a proxy but they I am not the guy who they say I am (OSRS_BOTS)
