You cannot use sweets in the inferno. Can you also post pics you actually have 1.5B 07 so we know this isnt just speed talk

 

This is probably just trolling.
1. There is no way in hell it can be achieved with 31 prayer especially at 1 def.
2. You will need a ton of food as sweets are not allowed
3. You only have 28 slots and must take mage/range/melee gear
4. There is no way to get enough food/pots for your level.
5. This is impossible to complete as you must switch prayers between multiple jads and there is no safespot. And 31 prayer won't cut it because you can't pray from range/mage.
6. Use common knowledge

 

Especially his willingness to pay 1.5B and quickly jump to 2B when no one says they can do it
