[CDT] Weekly Event #19; Humanoid Space Race [Ends on June 5th, 9:00 PM EST]

For this week's event, we will be playing Humanoid Space Race. The objective of the game is to go through the waves and get the highest score by stomping and shooting aliens. You lose points whenever you get hit, so try not to! To get started, click the image below and good luck!




Prizes:

1st place receives a Pokemon Prizebox + a Sythe Prizebox

2nd place receives a Pokemon Prizebox

3rd place receives a Sythe Prizebox



How to submit your score?

To enter, one must post a video of them getting their score, full screen of the game must be recorded and you must have the correct name on each game(s). Alternatively you can contact any CDT member to verify your score via screenshare. To be marked a participant you must post a screenshot your score(s) of at least 40k.

If you need a video software check out bandicam, it's free and gets the job done.


Why should you should send in a score(participate) even if you won't win?


You should aim to at least participate in this event because something special will be planned for everyone who participates in at least 30 out of 50 weekly events that will have prizes that include miniranks, funranks (possibly if enough people participate in at least 30 weekly events out of the 50 planned Weekly Events), cash, Prize Boxes & more. Participating is easy, taking no longer than a few minutes each week, and it will be worth your time, not to mention the fact that if we get enough participants the prizes will only get better and better.

Whomever gets the most points gained from placing 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, or 5th place in the weekly events will be getting the Competition Winner Funrank! (After all the Weekly Events)

You get 3 points for placing 1st place, 2 points for 2nd, 1 for 3rd, and 0.5 for 4th/5th.

Oh just finished the game with 90k score on my first playthrough. Wasnt aware it was that kind of game, thought it would go on forever and get harder every new wave. Time to get the best possible score then.

 

Yeah I was surprised as well, I thought it would go until I died. Seems the key is to hit all the time bonuses.
