Why do you think they are ban evading:
65+ IPs on his audit and registered on 11th May, almost an average of 4 different IPs per day since registration on May 11th
Banned account matches all have gaps between ban and registration
Email for Skype and Sythe account seem to have been made just to trade on here
Skype is "OOO ~ Sythe" so indicates Sythe is his main website/only website he uses but familiar with market/other runescape black market websites due to..

I don't understand this report, you're reporting me because i offered a middleman.. something which most major trading platforms offer?

I was thinking of creating a shop. So i read a few threads and saw that people on Sythe generally tend to offer in terms of gp/xp therefore that's what i offered the guy. He politely said no as i had no reputation and i went ahead and offered some free services to gather some reputation.

Not sure what the big deal about me writing my Sythe name on skype considering that's what people see when they add me?

Going to need more than just possibilities. Only home IP match he has is with @bored. The rest are just proxies.
@OOO If you forward your skype to people forward it as "live:begforgiveness123" not "OOO ~ Sythe". Display names change, usernames don't.
