i got scammed 38m by a trusted user 100$ ... now hes ban. this means i will not get my 38m back?

 

Whether you will be repaid depends on the user himself if he wishes to return to Sythe.

You can also post in this thread Been scammed? Post your valid scam report here. Community Repayment Fund Thread!. I myself have been scammed 300$ but because of that thread I got it back. The raffle money from @Tmoe his event is still to be given away to scam victims as well so making a post quickly might be a good idea.

Worth noting: The raffle money is not being distributed separately and will be distributed with the rest of the community repayment funds once our threshold for repayment has been met.

But yes, you are eligible to post on the community repayment thread once a valid scam report has been processed.
