    Well, unless you're asking if you can repair then it shouldn't be a problem to recover the files, just take the storage device out and insert it into another PC and just pull them off.

    If you're asking if you can repair it... well you'd need to find the same or identical model type for starters so you can scavenge the hinge mechanism out of it. Even then something like this isn't easy to do, don't be so careless is my advice (that'll come off as pretty blunt but it's true, I would never throw a rucksack about that might have my laptop in).
