Rsstylez 2FA Removal Request

This is pathetic guys come on. Either look for the update or contact him dont just lock the thread and move on.

He emailed @Azie straight away @Dave with all information required and he got a response "please be patient" after waiting for nearly 4 weeks.

PM me or most of you have my skype contact me there "Heeatz" . This is my brother (as most of you know) trying to recover his account.

It was 3 weeks ago and not a month. The information can only be verified by Matthew or Richard so once they've done that will get back to you.

@Azie is "nearly 4 weeks" not the same as 3 weeks? Quit acting like a douche. You ignored his skype messages and failed to reply to his emails. How will he know anything if the only thing you do is ignore his contact and lock his thread?

From this the least you could do is update the user in question, letting him know that you are waiting on a response from higher up, or simply just let him know you have even contacted them instead of leaving him in the dark.

Btw why does the thread get locked? Just curious. "No update in a week" theres no update from the staffs behalf (whoever it be). Not the user. Should you not leave thread open until Sythe/Matt whoever the fuck needs to review the info has actually reviewed the info?

Just give more help at first instead of lazy ass responses (or no response in this case lmao)

@Heeatz I'll take the blame on this one, Azie did his part it's just that neither of us are bond holders so we couldn't verify the information ourselves. I'll PM Matthew and ask him to reinstate my bond to prevent this in the future.

Hey @Dave long time no see bud. Sorry to get at staff like this but you cant really take blame for Azie ignoring skype & emails bro. I understand you both not having perms etc but keeping user in contact would be key in these situations.
