    Why do you think they are ban evading:
    New account only posting from a vpn by the looks of it. Saw him viewing the @Kobeyolo report before even making his first post. Obviously the evidence here is lacking, but the acc screams blindcubefreak.

    Force a post from home IP and I'm sure it wouldn't surprise.

    All IP's there are from VPN's so he can dispute via a home IP. Thanks for the report.
