rose gold ban dispute

hi i was recently given a 3 day ban for this: https://www.sythe.org/threads/new-mod-suggestion
i'm not sure why i was given this ban. this wasn't a "troll" like tmoe said it was. this was an actual suggestion to cut down on staff stepping down or being mischevious... like they have done so recently. i thought it would be well received. either way, mootrucks locked it right after it was made so why was there a ban?
