I'm banned and don't know why

I recently made a scythe account and just got banned I'd like to get in contact with one of you and figure this out. I'd really love to use your site in the future because it's a very well established site and not very complex. When I first created this account I used a spam email because I was just gonna sell gp, but now my focus is to buy and sell so if we could figure something out because I need to make a new scythe account.
