Please send me a direct message here (if you haven't) explaining your case, and please include your order ID.

Other than that, if it's a pending disbursement, please make sure your payment option (PayPal, Skrill, etc.) is authenticated. Meaning, you have confirmed ownership/validated it through email or provision of identification papers/documents. This is often the case with disbursements going through. Once you have authenticated it, please send us a ticket through email support in the PlayerAuctions website.

Got proof, that the account got reclaimed, still the support keeps asking me for a translated version of Riot Games support, since the account has been created in Germany.
I translated it by myself, and it can also be translated by any translator of your choice.

I made a newly made account today. My brother referred me to this site and thought why not open a selling business here.
While trying to create a new offer, my account got suspended. I did not get any reason for why my account was suspended.
